Saad Properties Ltd is a group of companies that is involved in basically the real estate industry which constitutes of a range of businesses like the Hotel industry in Kasese, Uganda, Hotels like New Saad Hotel Ltd which was opened in 1979, New Saad Hotel Ltd was initially called Saad Hotel but later after a face lift and total renovation was made it was given a new name “New Saad Hotel Ltd”. This hotel has stood the taste of time which has given it a profound reputation and perfected its expertise with a dedicated, hospitable, comfortable and a very soothing customer care in the hotel industry. The hotel has a total of Twenty two rooms, Seventeen Apartments, Banking facilities which are located at the hotel, shops including boutiques, Electronic shops, Salons, the hotel has got two conferences that accommodates One hundred and fifty people and thirty people, a restaurant that offers a tantalizing variety of cuisines ranging from local foods and continental dishes, a Hall that accommodates seven hundred people and an ample parking space for our customers. The hotel is found on Stanley Street and Rwenzori road.
Amongst other hotels are New Safari Park Hotel which is located in Bwera near the Uganda Congo boarder the facility is one of a kind that offers services that no other hotel has in that specific region, its main customers are travelers and business people dealing in the Republic of Congo. The hotel has more than Thirty rooms, Ten Apartments a Restaurant, Hall and ample parking space.
Saad Properties also has commercial buildings in Kampala and Nairobi of which are either Apartments or residential buildings.
Saad Properties has also got two farms one in Kiburara called Saad Farm Kiburara and Saad Farm and Cottages Nyakalingijjo, cotton, Herbal plants are grown in Kiburara. At Saad Farm and Cottages Nyakalingijjo there is Dairy farming and sheep rearing not mentioning the cottages which are mainly used by mountain climbers to Mount Rwenzori.

2.    Geographical features

There are many water bodies in this part of Uganda of which their source is the Rwenzori capped snow which melts to form glacial rivers that flow through rivers Nyamwamba, Rubooni and many others, these rivers fill up the lakes in the rift valley.

Lake George, Edward of which are connected together by the Kazinga channel is also a great place to have boat rides which gives you a closer look at different wild game both cooling of in the waters and refreshing themselves with a drink of the fresh water.
